I had a lovely four-night stay! The family suite was spacious, perfect for us. The pool was clean and never crowded, making it easy to relax. We loved the short walk to the beaches, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Howler monkeys nearby were a fun bonus! 🐒

The stay was quite enjoyable, especially since we were just a short walk from both Playa Carrillo and Playa Samara, which are stunning spots for sunbathing and swimming. The spaciousness of the Double Room made it a comfortable retreat after a day of beach adventures, and the pool provided a nice way to relax amidst the tropical greenery. The friendly staff were readily available for any assistance, enhancing the overall experience.

I loved the great pool area but was bummed about the outdated room cleanliness.

Bless your heart, this place is a little slice of heaven! The pool area was so peaceful, surrounded by all them lush tropical plants, couldn’t get enough. Staff were always smiling and seemed genuinely happy to help, which was mighty nice. Just wish the breakfast had more variety, kept hankerin’ for somethin’ different. But boy, that room was spacious!

The location was great! A quick drive to the center and just a short walk from the beautiful beaches. The pool area was a highlight, very clean and tranquil, surrounded by gorgeous garden views that made relaxing easy. The staff were genuinely friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.

We had a great time at the Montelaguna, enjoying the stunning outdoor pool and the playful atmosphere with howler monkeys around. The kids loved the playground, and the location made it easy to explore both Samara and the quieter Carrillo beach.

In my wife’s opinion, the breakfast could use improvement.
